Railway wagon scales are designed for wagon-by-car static weighing with and without uncoupling of empty and loaded wagons of any model, including tanks with liquid cargo, and compositions during accounting and technological operations at industrial and transport enterprises with the display of weighing results on a weighing instrument.
Railway static scales are designed to weight unloaded and filled containers, as well as a tank wagon. The main advantage is that you can weight materials up to 250 tons, and the important things can be put into operation both as a foundation and without it.
Among the important qualities of railway truck scales, we highlight the following:
* Electronic operation principle. The mechanical operation principle is now rarely used.
* Analog and digital strain gauge system. In the first case, there is one working channel for all sensors, in the second case, a separate working channel is allocated for each sensor.
* Resistance to temperature fluctuations. The operating temperature range is from – 50 °C to + 50 °C.
